Questions golfers ask.
Do I have to come in for a fitting?
No. The whole fitting is online. You'll answer questions about your setup, stroke and misses, and take a couple of simple measurements at home.
What do I need for the fitting?
About 10 minutes, a tape measure, a golf ball and your current putter. If you have data from a putting lab or launch monitor, there's a spot for it. If not, no problem.
I don't know if I have an arc or a straight stroke.
Most golfers don't. "Don't know" is a valid answer on every stroke question. Your misses, setup and current putter tell us a lot.
Do I pay when I submit the fitting?
No. You'll get your spec and price first. You only pay a deposit once you've approved the spec and want to reserve a build slot.
How long does it take?
Lead time: confirmed on your spec sheet, based on the current build queue. We'll give you a date before you pay anything.
Can I add my own logo or engraving?
Yes. Initials, a short phrase or your own artwork. You can upload a logo file in the fitting.
Do you build left-handed putters?
Yes. Pick your dominant hand in the fitting and we build for it.
What if it doesn't feel right?
