Custom orders

Every Parabola is built to a spec you review and approve. Nothing is charged when you submit the fitting.

• Deposit: a deposit reserves your build slot once you approve your spec. Deposit terms are stated on your spec sheet before you pay.
• Balance: balance terms are stated on your spec sheet before you pay.
• Changes: request changes before you approve your spec. Once a build starts, changes may not be possible.
• Lead time: confirmed on your spec sheet based on the current build queue.

Shipping

Finished putters ship fully assembled with tracking. Shipping cost and method are confirmed with your order. For delivery outside the United States, email us before ordering.

Returns

Because each putter is built to your measurements and choices, custom builds can't be returned for a change of mind once production has started. If your putter arrives not matching your approved spec, email us within a reasonable time of delivery and we'll make it right.

Warranty

If something goes wrong because of how we built it, materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it. This doesn't cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or changes made by someone else after delivery. Email us with your order details and photos and we'll sort it out.
